Membership in The Generator Guild is a privilege earned through referral, application, and approval. This code is not a list of rules — it is the standard we all agree to uphold. There is no ambiguity here.
Be as willing to offer help as you are to ask for it. This is a community of mutual support, not a one-way street. Share your knowledge freely and without expectation of compensation. The Guild exists because people believe in the compounding value of open exchange.
Offer and receive direct, objective feedback grounded in facts and lived experience. The goal is always to help each other improve — not to tear anyone down. Criticism must be constructive, specific, and delivered with respect. Personal attacks are never acceptable.
This is not a marketplace. Unsolicited sales pitches, lead generation, or using the Guild as a business development tool are strictly forbidden. You are here to learn, teach, and collaborate — not to sell. Partnerships may form organically; they are never an expectation.
The ideas, strategies, and information shared within this Guild are offered in trust. Any form of intellectual property theft — including using another member's concepts, code, designs, or business strategies without explicit permission — is grounds for immediate and permanent expulsion and may result in legal action.
We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. Bullying, belittling, personal attacks, discrimination, and harassment of any kind — whether in the forum, at events, or in private messages — will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the Guild.
Partnerships and business relationships may form organically between members, and that is wonderful. However, no member should ever feel pressured, obligated, or coerced to work with another. Membership in the Guild does not create any business obligation.
Treat every member with the same professionalism you would extend to a respected colleague. Disagreements are handled directly and privately before being escalated. If a situation cannot be resolved between members, the admin has final authority and their decision is binding.
The admin reserves the right to take action at any level of severity based on the nature of the violation. All decisions are final.
First-time minor violations may result in a formal warning from the admin.
Repeated or moderate violations result in read-only access. The member can view but not post or RSVP.
Intellectual property theft, harassment, or severe violations result in immediate and permanent removal with no appeal.
By joining The Generator Guild, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violations will be handled swiftly and without exception. The integrity of this space depends on every single member.
